The event must be posted on the comprehensive UCLA Campus Calendar as open to the public. No invitation or membership-only events. Register your event.

The Basics

We need to know the What, When, Where, How Much (include any special admission info—i.e. free, UCLA students free with Bruin ID, etc.), Organizing Program/Department, and Contact Info should we have any questions. NOTE: The Contact Info will not be published, unless it’s provided as part of the event information.

Eye Candy

Provide us with a 460x180 (or larger) publicity photo(s) and you will increase your chances for inclusion as a Top Pick. NOTE: All images (72dpi+) are subject to cropping.

The Top Picks are selected in such a way to best reflect the unmatched breadth and depth of sports, arts, and lecture offerings available everyday, right here, on the UCLA campus. Therefore, we do our best to include a balance of events on any given day. NOTE: Lectures are an increasingly popular click-through for visitors to our website, so please submit your events information for upcoming Lectures you want to promote!

A Head's Up, Please

There’s no time like the present. However, the farther in advance you can provide us with information about your event, the better. The 30 Days Out (All | Sports | Arts | Lectures) is a great opportunity to maximize your event’s publicity.
